London Based Julie Bloom Artist

London artist Julie Bloom now showing her current collection of mixed media artworks an eclectic mixture of abstract pop contemporary fine art paintings and drawings as well as etchings. Limited edition Giclee prints and Lit Art at her Pimlico studio in London SW1 UK.

 

Born in Nairobi and raised between Africa, Hong Kong, Germany and the UK, spending much of her time traveling the world exploring cities, architecture and its relationship to the power and form of nature.

Julie’s inspirations are a fusion of influences, clearly derived from her explorations.and experiences. Nature also has an enormous input into her artwork.

 

As a daughter of an Architect, architecture plays a large role in her works. The signature graphic patterns and block colours of her Cityscapes have influenced her to also include the beautiful Marilyn Monroe as well as other icons.
